Ever since I have returned from my 8 month hiatus, I’ve decided that a Group Roleplay would be nice for a change.

 

Though I will be the only sole admin for this Group SL; as too many admins make things complicated, I’ve realized over time and after some thought.

 

This Group RP will take place in the same universe as mentioned on the homepage of this website. However, the 'war' between the Carthic and Draconin Bloodlines will be separate — this will be a new and different war that has been occurring for about just as long. The Draconin and Carthics are at war between each other for separate reasons and is entirely personal between the two, so it will not make any changes to my characters already created within the SL, so no worries there.

 

I have tried to be in a Group Roleplay before, and they never last —— though, this time around, I’d really like for something like this to last a while, if possible.

 

Within this new SL, there will be rules (of course).

As you see above, there are only a handful of groups that can be within this SL. Though, if you wish to be more creative, then you may as long as you get permission first. The top groups you see are ones I’d like to focus on, however.

 

There will be ‘major’ roles, and ‘minor’ roles.

 

There needs to be a ‘leader’ to each group. I will already choose to be the head of the vampires; though all others are open game. First come first serve. However, to take a leader position, you will need to meet minor requirements.

 

 

Group Roleplay Details and More…

 

In order to take a leadership role for a faction listed above (or other if you decide to make a unique outside group - permission first), then you will at least need to be detailed in replies, and I will expect you to be creative to help further the plot, instead of just “going along” with the storyline.

 

For example, if you decide for your faction to fight with another (plan ahead first), then you may do so without my permission. Though, that would be a risky decision to make.

 

Death can occur in this world - keep this in mind. Don’t worry, we have necromancers if you wish for a character to be “revived” - as well as angels and witches which I’m sure could do the same thing.

 

Relationships/ships are forbidden at least until the SL is one month old or more. I can’t stress this enough. Over the past 5  years I’ve been roleplaying, character relationships destroy everything in a group roleplay before the plot even gets intense and interesting. I don’t want to see ships, smut, etc at all until plot is interesting enough to pull everyone into want to continue before all else. Allowing your character to become involved in a relationship too early on will undoubtedly make you lose muse with the SL because you won’t even know what is going on, or will be too focused on smut or simple cute interactions between characters.

 

Plot will always come first before romance. We seek story in this created world, not sex.

 

You must be 18+ years of age in order to join this SL. There will be mature themes, gore, dark themes, possible ‘trigger warnings’, and in due time, smut I’m sure. If I find out you have lied about age, I will immediately terminate you from the SL, kill your character off within the world of this plot, and proceed to block you. I don’t take lying lightly.

 

If you are underage, and want to join with all your heart, please come to me in DMs and we may discuss things further; though if this is the case, then you will be restricted on what you are allowed to do - keep this in mind. I’d like to note, if you are underage, you must be at least 16+ to join IF ALLOWED which may be unlikely, and you must be mature and detailed in replies.

** If you are someone underage and you do decide to talk to me further in DMs about joining, please tell me why when doing so, and explain to me how you could potentially add to the SL to make it better.

** Be aware of Mature Themes within this SL; I will not warn you a hundred times of the possibility of explicit content.

I’d like to leave a note, that this Group Roleplay is heavily influenced and inspired by True Blood and Queen of the Damned. Especially True Blood.  Just so you are aware.  Though, there are obvious differences as well. It's not 100% identical; I will be adding my own creativity as well.
