"In the end, we are alone. There is nothing but the cold, dark wasteland of eternity."

Meet Cain. the 'King Vampire'. The Authoritarian of all vampires and dhampires alike in this world. Being the very first true vampire, he can overpower almost all vampires and other bloodlines below him; as he is the eldest of all, and carries the most pure vampiric blood possible.
His word is law, and if gone against...death surely will follow. Or worse.
...Cain has been alive for many, many centuries...I'm sure in all that time he had grown bored, and surely he can think of something rather interesting for a punishment if it ever came to it. Maybe you'll become his late night entertainment?
Best not get on his bad side.
Despite being the strongest vampire 'alive', Cain doesn't take too kindly to those that disobey him, or refuse to follow him.
You see, in this world, the 'Maker' is always stronger than a prodigy created below them; even if a vampire is smaller in stature, said vampire will always be able to physically overpower a prodigy, or vampires younger than they after having been turned.
Yet, Cain is considered to be everyone's maker; quite literally. It was he that had made all other vampires below him. Though the Ambrogio blood has quickly become diluted, not being as apparent in other bloodlines other than his own.
Cain had created just one prodigy since his time since having been turned, yet that one single prodigy of his has grown to be quite...a disappointment. Since then, he has been looking for a new prodigy; not as a replacement, but in better hopes of a better 'second in command'.
As of right now, in the current ongoing war, Cain will oblige to obey the new laws set upon the vampires so that the humans and supernatural can live happily together and flourish; though he's not too happy about it, and he makes that quite obvious.
---
Cain had been asleep for ten decades to regain his strength after a certain incident, and since then had awaken from his coffin. Since his awakening, things have drastically started to change in the world of the living.
Vampires started to make themselves known, and had been increasing in numbers like a wild fire.
Is this a part of some sort of plan Cain had thought up during his long rest?
I suppose that is for you to find out.
---
Can has no tolerance for humans, and only views them as pure cattle - food for his kind. The same goes for any other creature or being in this world other an the daemons. Naturally, Cain doesn't like the daemons for obvious reasons.
Though, there is one vampire in particular that Cain doesn't necessarily enjoy the company of, and that would be Vayne Le'Doux. reasoning? Well, Vayne is a mix between vampire and daemon, and thus has a small little advantage over Cain when it comes to the underworld or Hell...
If you are a human or any other being other than vampire, don't expect any form of mercy from this king vampire.
